WHAT YOU GET
- One box contains : 5x high proteins cooked meats (Chicken, Beef, Fish, Pork …). Each meats is between 50g and 70g of proteins.
- Every week, the recipes will be different. (menu of the week). Recipes are world-wide based recipes.
- Our meals are never frozen and will be shipped fresh. (They can be frozen upon request)
- Our food is 100% homemade, made in our kitchens, with the best ingredients
- We do not use flavor enhancer. We do not use any additives.
- Examples of meals : Beef Bourguignon, Chicken Basquaise, Grilled Meats, Beef Strogonov, Chicken CordonBleu, Chicken Kiev etc
- 500-700g calories per meats on average.
- 50-70g proteins per meals in average.
YOUR FOOD PREFERENCES
- Based on the available menu, you will be able to choose the 5 meats of your choice (Beef, Chicken, Fish, Pork are available). The recipes will be decided by our professional French Chef. (Menu is HERE)
PACKAGINGS & NUTRITIONS
- The food is preserved in individual vacuum bags
- Each meal will be provided a full nutritional label on its bag, including : calories, fat, proteins, carbs, sodium.. Upon request, we can also provide the detail per ingredient,
